People don't change - they grow

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness to help people struggling primarily with addiction and substance abuse to heal, recover, and live a value oriented life. I've learned to treat anxiety, depression, and relationship issues that often accompany addiction. I'll help you feel better, live better, and thrive.

About

I believe in you.

My own mindfulness journey started long before I became a therapist and I can confidently say, I wouldn't be here today without it. I went to school at the University of Utah for both a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I'm also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a research based trauma treatment commonly used for PTSD. I'm confident that I can help you live better, make an appointment for a free consultation today by calling or texting the number on the screen.
